This White Paper, authored by OFE together with the FSFE, peer reviewed by Dr. Christina Angelopoulos, and foreworded by MEP Catherine Stihler, highlights the ways in which the proposed Article 13 of the DSM Copyright Directive Proposal could unintentionally harm the communities and the business built around Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). This White Paper is part of the initiative Save Code Share, which aims to raise awareness in order to better understand where and how innovation takes place in the current market.
