OFE’s position paper on the EP own initiative report on the implementation of the InfoSoc Directive

OFE submits its position paper to the European Parliament’s Evaluation Report of the implementation of Directive 2001/29/EC. It covers four topics: hyperlinking, text and data mining, private copying levies and software interoperability.
