ALLPROS.eu is the Secretariat for the EU Alliance on Processors and Semiconductors. It coordinates stakeholders and aims to boost Europe’s competitiveness. OFE leads the tasks on policy analysis and community engagement.

Projects and Initiatives
OFE works across Europe and globally to advance openness in digital policy. We participate in and lead projects that bring together public institutions, industry, academia, and civil society to explore how open technologies can strengthen Europe’s digital future.
We collaborate with partners in EU-funded consortia under programmes such as Horizon Europe and the Digital Europe Programme, as well as with foundations, philanthropic organisations, and industry. Our projects range from focused research initiatives to long-term collaborations.
At the core of every engagement is a shared mission: to promote openness as a driver of innovation, competition, and sustainability in the digital environment.
