OFE operates special interest groups which are designed to act as authoritative open forums for stakeholders with an interest in the achievement of open, competitive choice for IT users.  Membership is open to individuals and organsiations with competencies in particular subject areas and issues which include:

    Skills
Special attention is given to:

    Intellectual Property, both patent and copyright
    International Standards for
        Document formats
        Interoperability
    Digital Rights Management
